Clean, complete, consistent data so AI doesn't think from garbage.
AI features pull from your contact records, tags, pipeline stages, and activity history. If those are inconsistent or incomplete, AI outputs are unreliable from the start.
At least 90% of contacts have a valid email address.
At least 90% of contacts have a valid phone number where relevant.
Key segmentation fields (industry, lead source, lifecycle stage) are filled for most leads.
We have a standard list of lead sources (e.g. Meta ads, Google ads, referral), not random free-text.
We remove or merge duplicate contacts on a regular basis.
We use a clear, finite set of deal stages (e.g. New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Won, Lost).
Calls, emails, and meetings are logged in the CRM, not lost in personal inboxes.
